VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy Referral Program Terms

Overview

By participating in the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy referral program (the “Referral Program”), you agree to be bound by these terms (the “Terms”), which are in addition and subject to the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Referral Program. Super Unlimited reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and any updated version of the Terms will be posted at https://www.vpnsuper.com/referral-terms. Your continued participation in the Referral Program after Super Unlimited has posted an updated version of these Terms constitutes your agreement to the updated version, and the updated version will be effective as of the time of posting or on such later date as may be specified in the updated version. In addition, Super Unlimited reserves the right to: (1) modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time and in any manner without notice to you, in whole or in part; and (2) remove you from the Referral Program if Super Unlimited suspects you have engaged in fraudulent activity or determines, in its sole discretion, that you have abused the Referral Program or violated these Terms or any other applicable agreement between you and Super Unlimited.

“Super Unlimited” means Super Unlimited Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies. “You” means a Referrer (defined below).

Under the Referral Program, a currently registered user of the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy product offered by Super Unlimited (“VPN SUP”) who is in good standing (a “Referrer”) can receive a VPN SUP Premium Subscription (“Referral Subscription”) by referring a friend or family member to register as a new user of VPN SUP (a “New User”), subject to meeting certain other requirements, as more fully described below. The Referral Program is only available to users of VPN SUP. Participation in the Referral Program is currently only open to Referrers residing in the United States. Participation in the Referral Program is void outside of the United States and where prohibited by applicable law.

Referrers

A Referrer will receive a referral reward for each “Qualified Referral” made by the Referrer. A Qualified Referral occurs when all of the following conditions are met:

The Referrer provides the Referrer’s unique referral link issued by Super Unlimited (the “Referral Link”) directly to a New User through email, text, or the “Refer a Friend” option.
The New User downloads and installs a VPN SUP application via the Referral Link provided to the New User by the Referrer.
At the time of downloading the VPN SUP application, the New User is located in the same country as the Referrer.
The New User has not previously downloaded or used VPN SUP.
The New User and Referrer are not the same person.
Neither the Referrer or New User have engaged in fraudulent activity, or activity in contravention of these Terms or the VPN - Super Unlimited Proxy Terms of Service.
The Referrer has not reached the referral cap of 20 Qualified Referrals every 12 months if the Referrer is located in the United States.
The Referrer is not subscribed to a Premium Subscription of VPN SUP

If Super Unlimited determines, in its sole discretion, that any of the above conditions have not been met, Super Unlimited may decline to award a referral reward or revoke a referral reward if it has been awarded.

Each time a Qualified Referral is made by a Referrer, the Referrer will receive the referral reward specified in the Referrer’s VPN SUP account (in the area where the Referrer can access the Referral Link) (“Referral Reward”). If no such reward is specified there, the default reward will be to provide the Referrer with 3 free days of a VPN SUP Premium Subscription, capped at any given time to a maximum of 3 free days from the date of the last Qualified Referral. For example, if 5 Qualified Referrals are made on a single day, this will result in the Referral Reward being 3 free days from the date of the last-made referral (and not 15 free days).

Additionally, a Referrer will not receive a Referral Reward, or a Referral Reward that has been issued may be revoked by Super Unlimited, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that:

The Referrer posted their Referral Link on a publicly accessible website such as, but not limited to, Google, Craigslist, Twitter, and RetailMeNot;
The Referral Subscription was received in connection with a New User who has previously created a VPN SUP account, even if such other account was created using a different email address, phone number, or other account information;
The Referral Reward was received erroneously, fraudulently, illegally, or in violation of these Terms or any other applicable agreement between you and Super Unlimited.
