World Cup Offer Terms

1. Sponsor. This promotion (the "Offer") is offered by VPN Super Inc, 541 Jefferson Ave, Ste 100, Redwood City, CA 94063, USA ("VPN Super," "we," "us"). By claiming the Offer you agree to these Terms and to our Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
2. Offer period. The Offer may be claimed from the announcement of the Winning Country (defined below) until 11:59 PM, PDT on 2 August 2026 (the "Claim Period"). Claims outside the Claim Period will not be honored.
3. The Offer. If the Winning Country wins the Tournament (defined below), eligible new customers whose payment card was issued in the Winning Country may receive a 12-month VPN Super Premium subscription at no charge for that first 12-month term. The Offer covers the 12-month term only; see Section 8 regarding renewal and billing.
4. Definitions. "Tournament" means the FIFA World Cup 2026 final scheduled for 19 July 2026. "Winning Country" means the national team that is declared the official winner of the final by official result. If the final is postponed, abandoned, decided other than by a single winning nation, or produces no official winner, we may modify, suspend, or cancel the Offer in our reasonable discretion (see Section 10).
5. Eligibility. The Offer is open to individuals who: (a) are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction); (b) are new VPN Super customers with no prior paid VPN Super subscription; and (c) hold a valid credit or debit card issued by a financial institution in the Winning Country. Employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of VPN Super and its affiliates are not eligible. The Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. How to claim. After the Winning Country is announced, eligible customers may claim the Offer only at vpnsuper.com by completing checkout with a qualifying card. No promo code is required; the free 12-month term applies automatically at checkout. The Offer is not available through app stores or any other channel.
7. Eligibility verification. Eligibility is determined by the country in which your payment card was issued (based on the card's issuing details), not by your billing address, IP address, or login location. Your card will not be charged during the free 12-month term and is used at claim time to confirm card issuance country and to establish your account for renewal billing under Section 8. Some prepaid, virtual, or corporate cards may not reliably indicate an issuing country and may not qualify. We may refuse or revoke the Offer where we reasonably determine eligibility requirements are not met or the Offer is being abused.
8. Renewal and billing (please read carefully). This is a subscription that automatically renews. After the free 12-month term ends, your subscription will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms and your card will be charged the then prevailing subscription rate for VPN Super Premium (subject to change) unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will notify you before renewal at least 7 days in advance where required. You may cancel at any time on your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already charged are governed by our refund policy.
9. Limit. Each eligible person may only claim one offer; each eligible credit card may only be used once. The Offer is non-transferable, may not be combined with other promotions, and has no cash value; no cash or other substitution will be provided.
10. Changes to the Offer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Offer, or to disqualify any participant, at any time and for any reason, including if the Tournament is canceled, postponed, or produces no official winner, or if fraud, technical failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control compromise the administration or integrity of the Offer.
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The Offer is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN Super is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Offer or your participation, and our total liability will not exceed the standard 12-month subscription price. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Privacy. Information collected in connection with the Offer is handled per our Privacy Notice. We do not use your payment method for any purpose other than as described in these Terms.
13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state courts located in California or per the arbitration provisions of our Terms of Service, to the extent permitted by law.
14. General. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the documents referenced above, are the entire agreement regarding the Offer.
