Forgot your password? Resetting it takes just a few minutes. Here's how to get back into your VPN Super account.
How to reset your password
- Open the VPN Super sign-in page and enter your account email address.
- Select "Continue with Password".
- Select "Forgot password?" below the form.
- Enter your account email address again, then select "Submit".
- Check your inbox for an email from VPN Super. The reset link is valid for 24 hours.
- Open the email and follow the link to reset your password.
- Enter your new password, confirm it, and select "Reset password".
- Go back to the sign-in page and sign in with your new password.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder—and the Promotions tab if you use Gmail.
How to create a strong password
Your new password needs:
- At least 8 characters (12 or more is better)
- A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- At least one number
- At least one special character, such as ! @ # $ % & *
We recommend using a passphrase—three or four unrelated words with a number and symbol mixed in. Avoid dictionary words on their own, personal details (your name, birthday, or phone number), simple sequences like 123456 or qwerty, and any password you've used recently.

After you reset your password
- Sign in right away to confirm your new password works.
- Update it everywhere it's saved—your browser, your password manager, and the VPN Super app on each device. On mobile, sign out and back in with the new password.
- Take a quick look at your account to make sure everything looks right.
- Consider saving the new password in a password manager so you don't get locked out again.
Troubleshooting common issues
You might run into some issues when resetting your password; these fixes might help:
- You didn't get the reset email. Give it up to 15 minutes, then check your spam and junk folders (and the Promotions tab on Gmail), and search your mail for "VPN Super" or "password reset." Make sure you're checking the inbox for the address you registered with—if you have more than one, it's the one that receives your billing emails. Still nothing? Request the link again, and contact Support if you still don't receive it.
- The reset link doesn't work. Links expire after 24 hours and can only be used once, so request a fresh one if yours has expired or you've already opened it. If a new link still won't open, copy and paste the full address into your browser, try a different browser or a private window, and turn off any extensions or pop-up blockers.
- Your new password won't save. If your password is rejected, make it longer and include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If the two entries don't match, retype both carefully and watch for an extra space at the start or end. If it's flagged as recently used, choose a password that's clearly different from your previous ones.
- You're not sure which email you used. Check your inbox for VPN Super billing emails to find the right one, and try any older addresses you may have signed up with. If your email has changed and you can't get in, contact Support—they can verify your account and help you update it.
